RUST RESISTANCE AND DURABILITY
For maximum rust-resistance and durability, all Tanabe exhausts are manufactured 100% from SUS304 stainless steel. That means
the system is COMPLETELY built from SUS304 Stainless Steel.
Many other brands also use SUS304 stainless steel, however they only use it PARTIALLY. Combined with lower-grade
materials, these exhausts are weaker and prone to rusting.

THINWALL PIPING 1.2mm
Tanabe Exhaust Systems are made using strong SUS304 Stainless Piping, therefore less material is needed
to create a durable catback system. (*Turboback on G-Blue Exhausts)
By building the exhaust
with thinwall 1.2mm piping, the system is able to be very light-weight.

HOLLOW HANGER
The Exhaust Hangers on Tanabe Exhausts are made hollow. By doing so, extra weight can be
saved.
And because the hangers are made from SUS304 Stainless Steel, they are also strong enough to hold
the weight of the exhaust when mounted to the vehicle.

PRESSED FLANGE
To further reduce weight, most flanges on Tanabe Exhausts are stamped pressed. This gives a suitably strong
exhaust-mounting point that also saves weight.
