SUSTEC PRO FIVE. ACTIVE SUSPENSION

Sustec Pro FIVE is an all new adjustable coilover that features a wide array of new circuit-developed technology. Sustec Pro FIVE delivers broad performance at a fraction of the cost.

Sustec Pro FIVE also gives a great range of adjustability and function for street and track use. When used with the new TEAS electronic active suspension controller, the wide range of dampening force is accessible through the touch of a button, and is fully programmable to automatically adjust dampening rates according to the speed you drive.

Competition Spec PRO210 Race Spring

A higher spring rate for motorsports application. Excellent handling, and most importantly, controllable traction is immediately noticeable through the use of the race developed spring.

PRO210 was developed for extreme durability and balance. This spring has the highest tensile strength available due to our unique manufacturing process.

Ultra Heavy Duty Construction

The front suspension of a race vehicle experiences the most abuse, therefore a special dual plate stamped steel bracket is used. This bracket is extremely rugged and resists damage where most suspensions fall short.

The rear suspension features a high tensile CNC forged aluminum knuckle that is both lightweight and rigid. The ruggedness of the bracketry on this suspension exceeds even OEM vehicle standards.

Reinforced Shock Piston, Reinforced Valving

The oversized shock piston is fully reinforced to resist flexing or snapping. The internal valving of the FIVE is also fully reinforced for the increased and rapidly-changing loads experienced during drifting. The internals resist oil and gas foaming and overheating of the internal components which can detract from performance when driving under extreme conditions for extended amounts of time.

Durable Spring Seat & Lock Nut

Constructed of forged aluminum, longevity and superior strength are ensured. Additionally, the threaded portion of the casing is chemically treated to resist rust and corrosion.

Upper Mounts Included

Solid mounting pillowball or rubber uppermounts are included on the front and rear of the Sustec Pro FIVE.

These uppermounts have the added benefit of having front adjustable camber plates for fixing or modifying camber settings beyond factory limitations. Solid pillowball upper mounts prevent suspension geometry changes under various suspension loads.

Compatible with TEAS

By itself, FIVE is an extremely solid multi-purpose suspension.

With the new TEAS )Tanabe Electric Active Suspension) controller, FIVE reaches new levels of suspension tuning. Sustec Pro FIVE is 100% compatible with the TEAS controller and its actuators.

SUSTEC PRO FIVE uses Slide Valve technology for a fraction of the cost.

This allows the damper to have a much larger range of adjustment capability compared to other coilovers on the market. 		PRO FIVE Suspension is also compatible with the TEAS (Tanabe Electric Active Suspension) System, which allows for programmable speed-sensitive damper adjustments.
